Dr. Spence is a board certified orthopedic surgeon that has achieved the highest possible certification in surgery of the hand (CAQ). He specializes in Shoulder, Elbow, and Hand Surgery. He completed his orthopedic residency with the Florida Orthopedic Institute at the University of South Florida. He graduated his upper extremity fellowship at UPMC in Pittsburgh. He does over ONE THOUSAND surgeries per year and is committed to getting his patients back to activity.
He holds professional affiliations with the American Society for Surgery of the Hand and the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons.
His interests include travel, golf, aerial drone photography, scuba diving, fishing, and snowboarding.
