Port Charlotte Office
Your Orthopedic Team in Port Charlotte
Our Port Charlotte office is the largest of our four Southwest Florida locations, with 14 physicians across three teams, and home to most of our general orthopedic team. Dr. Greenberg, Dr. Stchur, Dr. Reiss, Dr. Mlnarik, Dr. Pennington, Dr. Jia, Dr. Weishuhn, and Dr. Braut all see patients here, covering everything from sports injuries and joint replacement to fractures and general orthopedic care. Diagnostic imaging and physical therapy are on-site, so most patients get evaluated, imaged, and started on a treatment plan in a single visit.
This campus also houses our Spine Center, where Dr. James, Dr. Zusman, Dr. Getter, and Dr. McDonald treat neck, back, and spine conditions, from interventional pain management to spinal surgery, and a second building (PC2) where Dr. Anthony and Dr. Spence practice alongside our physical therapy team. No matter which building your appointment is in, you can schedule directly without a referral, and our front desk can point you to the right building when you arrive.
Which Building Do I Need?
Port Charlotte patients sometimes end up at the wrong door, so here's the short version:
Main Building. General orthopedics, joint replacement, sports medicine, and fracture care. Dr. Greenberg, Dr. Stchur, Dr. Reiss, Dr. Mlnarik, Dr. Pennington, Dr. Jia, Dr. Weishuhn, and Dr. Braut.
Spine Center (Main Building). Neck, back, and spine conditions, including interventional pain management and spine surgery. Dr. James, Dr. Zusman, Dr. Getter, and Dr. McDonald.
PC2. Foot and ankle care, general orthopedics, and physical therapy. Dr. Anthony, Dr. Spence, and our physical therapy team.
If you're not sure which one fits your condition, call ahead and we'll point you to the right building before you leave home.
Conditions and Services We Treat Here
Joint pain and joint replacement. Hip and knee arthritis, failed conservative treatment, and Mako robotic-assisted joint replacement when surgery is the right call.
Sports and activity injuries. ACL and meniscus tears, rotator cuff injuries, tennis elbow and golfer's elbow, and the strains that come with pickleball, golf, and everyday activity in Southwest Florida.
Fractures and trauma. Same-week evaluation for broken bones and acute injuries, with imaging on-site.
Neck, back, and spine conditions. Herniated discs, sciatica, and chronic back pain, treated through the Spine Center with interventional pain management and, when needed, spine surgery.
Foot and ankle conditions. Plantar fasciitis, ankle sprains, and other foot and ankle pain, seen at PC2.
Hand, wrist, and elbow pain. Carpal tunnel syndrome, tendinitis, and general upper extremity conditions.
On-Site Facilities
X-ray and MRI, so most patients get imaged the same day as their evaluation, not weeks later at a separate facility.
Physical therapy, based at PC2, working directly with your specialist so your rehab plan reflects your actual imaging and diagnosis.
Orthopedic bracing, custom and off-the-shelf, fitted on-site.
What to Expect at Your First Visit
No referral needed. Call or schedule online, and you'll see the specialist who matches your condition, not a general intake process that delays things by weeks. Bring any prior imaging or records if you have them, but don't wait to have everything organized before you call. We're accepting new patients at every Port Charlotte building.
Why Choose Our Port Charlotte Office
Over 40 years of caring for Charlotte County families, in the same location most of that time. It's the only one of our four offices with a dedicated Spine Center, so if your pain is in your neck or back, this is where the specialists who focus specifically on that live. Imaging, physical therapy, and bracing are on-site, so your care doesn't get spread across three different buildings and three different companies. And we still treat surgery as a last resort, not a first recommendation.
Communities We Serve Near Port Charlotte
Patients from Port Charlotte, Deep Creek, Murdock, Charlotte Harbor, and the surrounding Charlotte County communities. If you're closer to our Punta Gorda, Venice, or North Port offices, we can help you find the right fit.
Patient Reviews
Our Port Charlotte physicians maintain individually verified patient rating profiles through rater8. Review scores are pulled live for each doctor's bio page, not curated testimonials, so what you see reflects real patient feedback.
