Our Venice office serves patients throughout Sarasota County with the same standard of care as our other Southwest Florida locations. Dr. Ng and Dr. Thomas see patients here, treating a range of orthopedic conditions from sports injuries to joint and general orthopedic care, including Dr. Ng’s work as team physician for Atlanta Braves Spring Training and North Port High School athletics.

As with every Advanced Orthopedic Center location, no referral is needed to schedule at our Venice office. If you’re not sure which specialist fits your condition, our team can help point you in the right direction before your first visit.

Conditions and Services We Treat Here

• Sports and activity injuries. ACL and rotator cuff injuries, tennis elbow, and the strains and sprains that come with pickleball, golf, and staying active in Venice year-round.

• Joint pain and joint replacement. Hip and knee arthritis, and joint replacement when conservative treatment has run its course.

• Shoulder, elbow, and hand conditions. Rotator cuff pain, tennis elbow and golfer’s elbow, and general upper extremity pain.

• General orthopedic care. Ongoing joint pain and injuries that don’t fit neatly into a single category.

Venice does not currently have a dedicated spine specialist or podiatrist on-site. Patients with neck, back, or spine conditions, or podiatric foot concerns, are seen at our Port Charlotte Spine Center, and we’ll help coordinate that visit if it’s a better fit.
