John Williams, DPT, MBA
Chief Executive Officer
John has over 25 years of experience in health care. He has a clinical background as a Physical Therapist and has held management and administrative positions for the last 20+ years, including Executive Director and CEO in Orthopedic Medical Groups. He holds a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in healthcare.
David Anthony, PT
Director, Physical Therapy Department
Dave is our lead therapist in our Port Charlotte physical therapy department and oversees both our offices in Port Charlotte and Punta Gorda.
Elizabeth Ball
Director of Operations
Elizabeth joined Advanced Orthopedic Center in 2014 and is responsible for the day-to-day operations. She also serves as a patient advocate for any concerns.
Alex Rizzuto
Director of Revenue Cycle Management
Alex joined Advanced Orthopedic Center in 2007 and has advanced through a variety of roles within the organization, gaining extensive experience across all areas of the revenue cycle. As Director of Revenue Cycle, she combines her deep operational knowledge with a collaborative leadership style to promote efficiency, support her team, and ensure a positive experience for both patients and staff.

Kristen manages employee relations, hiring, and workplace policies to support a positive and efficient work environment.
